The staff was very nice and very helpful. I was very impressed by this hotel. The room was great. Clean bathroom (with built in hair dryers!). There is a Metro stop within a block, or the Termini Metro stop about 5 blocks away. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Rome.

I was lucky to stay in room 807, which interior was lovely nd bathroom clean. What I did not like was breakfast room, it could be enlarged by no longer used part occupied by the reception.
Internet could be very usefull. I suspect other room may not be so nice as mine was, but as for me very good value for money in Rome.

We were given a particularly warm welcome at our arrival (Nov 24 late in the evening) by (if I remember well) Giuseppe and someone else with an Asian look.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the Lucci Hotel (My hotel).
The only down side was that the breakfast area was very small (a bit difficult to help ourselves with the plates at the buffet) as it was quite crowded and small.

We spent a lovely time at Lucci Hotel in Rome. The staff is very friendly and services really good. The breakfast is nice and the rooms comforable and clean.

Hotels location is good. I was not happy you must check out at 10:30am as normaly the check out time is 12pm. I would rate this hotel as overal averadge to good. Only one member of staff was very helpful and his name was Marcelo. I think you should have more people working there like Marcelo. He was working on Saturday Morning the 16th or November.

I really enjoyed my three days at "Hotel Lucci". Rooms are very good, staff is very kind and the terrace is fantastic. I'll reccomend it to my friends if they go to Rome.

We stayed in nice Hotel in november and were very satisfied. The location is good, the atmosphere very nice, the place has 'a soul'. It was a little noisy early in the morning, but this is probably a big city 'problem'. We will certainly come back next time we visit Rome. very satisfied, little minus is that the check in time is in the afternoon, where as the Artist guest get their room in the morning.

The main drawback of this hotel is the confined space which leads to small rooms and cramped lifts but the room was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. The gentleman on reception was extremely helpful and friendly. A good base for a weekend of signtseeing.

I loved it here. My boyfriend and I were amazed at how big the room way. We also were extremely pleased with the staff. They were friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. They went out of their way to help me when I had a problem at about 1 AM. I could not have asked for a better hotel. I do not remember his name but the man working the front desk at night was so friendly and pleasant. I loved talking with him. He was tall, bald, and wore glasses. He walked us to our room and answered all of our questions. He was very helpful, and we were very pleased. I just wish I had stayed there more than one night
